At Robuvando S.A.C. (hereinafter, "Robuvando"), with registered address at Av. Javier Prado Este 4200, Office 1502, Santiago de Surco, Lima 15023, Peru, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our users in accordance with Law No. 29733, Peru's Personal Data Protection Law, and its regulations approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS.
1. Personal Data We Collect
We collect only the data you voluntarily provide through our contact forms: full name, email address, and the content of your message. We do not collect sensitive data, financial information, nor do we perform automated user profiling. Additionally, our server records technical browsing data such as IP address, browser type, and operating system, exclusively for security purposes and anonymous statistical analysis.

These measures include data encryption in transit using TLS protocol, restricted access controls, and periodic security reviews. However, no data transmission or storage system is completely infallible.
